payload

payload: Payload

The runtime values the operation's rules will evaluate.

ruleSetRevision

ruleSetRevision: Option<bigint>

Optional revision to validate against; defaults to the latest.

updateRuleState

updateRuleState: boolean

Whether stateful rules (e.g. Frequency) should be advanced and persisted.
